We’re looking for an Accessibility Analyst & Researcher to join our Research Team. You’ll contribute to a variety of accessibility validation and research activities, helping our clients ensure their digital products are usable and inclusive for everyone.
This is a role ideal for someone who wants to grow in both technical and research dimensions of digital accessibility. You’ll be supported by a cross-functional team committed to continuous learning and real-world impact.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in accessibility evaluations & analysis
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2, WAI-ARIA and basic front-end code (HTML/CSS)
Experience in working with assistive technologies (e.g. NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS)
Good writing and communication skills for documenting insights and presenting findings
Awareness of international accessibility standards like RGAA (France), BITV (Germany) or Section 508 (USA)
Familiarity with testing for accessibility in documents (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word etc.)
Familiarity with testing for native mobile apps
Italian native speaker and fluency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
Support accessibility evaluations for websites, apps, and digital products
Use both automated tools and manual testing (screen readers, keyboard navigation, semantic/code inspection)
Contribute to analysis and reporting of accessibility issues, with actionable recommendations
Participate in the planning and design of accessibility-focused test protocols, including research with users with different access needs
Help run or support user research with people with disabilities, when relevant
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify issues and support fixes
Enrich our internal accessibility knowledge base and research repository
Nice to have
Experience in agile teams, consultancies or agencies
Knowledge of tools like Axe, WAVE, Accessibility Insights, Silk Tide or Lighthouse
Interest in accessibility certifications (e.g. UNI 11621-3, IAAP CPACC, WAS)
Curiosity about inclusive design, neurodiversity and user advocacy
Knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) for supporting international activities
