For possible future projects, we are looking for a freelance UX researcher to join our team ready to take on new challenges and projects with variable and demand-based hours. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and pragmatic person who is fluent in German as a mother tongue and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate all phases of various UX research studies, including planning, moderation, analysis, and synthesis of findings
- Employ a diverse set of UX research tools and methodologies to gain insights that drive product and business decisions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies with customers using a variety of techniques
- Assist our clients in finding the best ways to achieve their goals. Contribute to our growing UX research repository
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in UX Research or service design
- Proficiency in conducting usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis
- Demonstrable experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Continuous update on the main UX research tools, techniques, and methodologies, with a willingness to experiment with new approaches
- Native German speaker with proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Constant update on the main UX research tools, techniques and methodologies and willingness to experiment with new things
- Italian mother tongue and proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience with market research and Customer Experience (CX) methodologies
- Experience working within an AGILE environment. Background in working for agencies or consultancy
- Eagerness to spread knowledge of UX research issues among internal and external stakeholders and contribute to discussions in the international and national research communities
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, HotJar, and/or other UX analytic tools
