We are looking for a Growth Manager with a strong command of AI, experimentation, and data analysis to lead and accelerate our growth strategy through intelligent, tech-enabled approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize growth experiments across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) of the Product, such as improving onboarding, launching engagement programs (e.g. referral or reward campaigns), testing new pricing models, or conversion nudges

  • Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

  • Manage and optimize CRM flows, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention programs

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate and test ad creatives, landing pages, and content variants

  • Collaborate with Sales to share campaign results, funnel analytics, and behavioral insights that support lead qualification and deal conversion

  • Work closely with the Product team to define and monitor product metrics such as DAU/WAU/MAU, activation rate, free-to-paid conversion, churn, and retention cohorts — especially where product and acquisition journeys overlap (e.g. web lead flows)

Skills We’re Looking For:

1. Analytics & Data Management

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Intermediate use of dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau)

Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude)

2. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

CRM segmentation and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce...)

Behavioral flows (onboarding, upsell, reactivation)

Predictive lead scoring and churn prevention

3. AI & Automation

Prompt engineering for content, ads, and internal automation

Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Pika, etc.)

No-code tools and workflow builders (Zapier, Make, Airtable integrations)

4. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Operational management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Campaign setup, optimization, and reporting

Understanding of key paid KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
